If a player purchases a property they will earn income every hour. If a player owns 3/4's of all the properties in Legalis they can be crowned as King or Queen. However players can outbuy other players to expand their personal empire or challenge that players empire to battle over who will rule that piece of land/property, However they will need to pay more gold to purchase an already owned properties if they do not battle it will double even further. Also If a player owns all the property in a Land they become Mayor of that Land.
